COMMISSION DETAILS!

Terms and Conditions!

I. General Terms*I reserve the right to decline any commission.
*I do not tolerate harassment or mockery of any sort directed to other individuals in my work.
*The commissioner must provide ample reference for commissioned piece, this includes the pose, the background (if any), the character/s, pose/s of said characters, and may supplement these with clear, concise descriptions of additional details.
*Custom designs (or work done without any pre-existing references) cost extra.II. Payment*I accept payment half upfront for pieces that cost above $25, for pieces $25 and below, I take payment in full before any work is done.
*All the prices listed in my sheet are in USD.
*I take payment via Paypal invoices.
*Refunds once sketch phase has started is up to %50 at most of the payment.
*There are no refunds once a piece has been finished.III. Process*Work In Progress (WIP) shots will be given at every phase for approval, however, once the sketch has been approved, only minor corrections may be done (for free) on phases onward.
* I will send WIP shots if I have any concerns with the commission.
*The time taken for your commission may take 1 week to up to 3 months depending on factors such as:
complexity/difficulty, health problems, family, and school
and I shall notify you if there is any delay.IV. Customer Satisfaction* I, the artist, will do my best to satisfy my commissioner, however once a commission has been completed, only minor changes may be added such as: color/marking mistakes .
*Major edits such as: *outfit changes/redesign, background changes (if any), or anything that requires me to redo everything from the very beginning will not be entertained without proper negotiation and compensation.
*If your reference/request is unclear to begin with, I will not give you any minor/major edits (without a fee).
Please finalize and clarify your order before I begin any type of sketching and order what you want to see in the completed piece.V. Usage PolicyI ,the artist, hold copyright to the finished drawing.
Therefore, I am allowed to:
Promote myself with it
Display/use it in any portfolio I have
Post it wherever I please
*Every commission is only for personal use unless agreed upon, however if a client wishes to use a commission commercially, I will allow negotiation beforehand.
*The commissioner is allowed to claim the character (not the art itself) as theirs, and may use the art to promote themselves provided that they give proper credit to me, the artist.
*I do not allow reproduction or alteration (without consent) of my work for commercial use.
*I do not allow the commissioner to remove my watermark and/or claim my work as theirs.
The commissioner is only allowed to use the artwork as agreed upon. I do not allow my work to be used as an NFT or Non-fungible token or used in training AI Technology. Violation of these rules will result in retraction to every right the commissioner has to the work purchased
*The commissioner is able to purchase commercial rights to the artwork, however it is 300% of the original price of the commission. Only when the commissioner has commercial rights to the artwork can they use it on merch, book covers, thumbnails, et cetera. Credit is still required even if the artwork has been altered.VI. Refund Policy*I have the right to cancel your commission and refund the payment at my own discretion.
I do not allow cancellation or refund once payment has been received, but if payment has not been sent yet, the client may cancel their commission
* If the client files a chargeback after a commission has been finished, I, the artist, have the right to revoke the commissioner's rights to the artwork as well as sell the finished work to other buyers.
I have the right to a complaint and all payment given prior to chargeback
Any statement may be subject to change if discussed with me prior to the commission
